Schengen Visa From Pakistan VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATION: 1. Application Form: Complete the form legibly in capital letters. For media: Press card and invitation letter. Business: Invitation letter from the Czech company. Proof of business relations (invoices, contracts). Tourism or Family/Friend Visit: Proof of sponsorship/invitation approved by Czech authorities. Copy of host’s ID or residence permit. Medical Treatment: Medical certificates and proof of treatment arrangements. Proof of financial means for treatment. Sports: Letter from national federation and invitation from event organizers. Seafarers: Seafarer’s book and detailed employment contract. Itinerary and written commitment for repatriation. Airport Transit: Valid visa or permit for the final destination.
